- Important Reminders
Our company’s pay service does not apply the cooling off provision stipulated under the Specified Commercial Transactions Law.
If the contract is established in the middle of the month, then the monthly fee for the month the contract was concluded will be charged, and if the contract is terminated in the same month as it was established, the subscriber will still be charged one month’s fee.
If the contract is terminated in the middle of the month, the subscriber will be charged one month’s fee and the outstanding daily rates and other fees that have already been paid will not be refunded. In this case, the subscriber may cease to be a pay service subscriber even during the month.
Please note that if payment has been made for the entire year, no refund will be given even if the contract is terminated during the valid period of service provision.
